The Story

This Clairin comes from distilling Cristalline sugar cane grown in the wondrous plateau of Saint Michel de l'Attalaye, and has been aged for five years in Haiti. Vieux Sajous is a blend of 18 barrels that once held single malt or rum, adding to the transformation of Clairin's initial scents into a complex aroma through the esterification process.
