Dry & Bitter Song Skipper is a New England IPA brewed in Denmark featuring a soft wheat malt body and a fragrant hop character. Using Idaho 7, NZ Cascade and Motueka hops, it delivers tropical fruit flavours such as mango, ripe passionfruit and lime zest, with light pine and citrus oil adding nuance. The beer’s hazy appearance and juicy profile come from the use of wheat and oat in the grain bill, giving it a soft texture and aromatic intensity without harsh bitterness
