Foursquare Exceptional Cask Selection 2011 is a 12 year old single blended rum distilled in 2011 at Foursquare distillery in Barbados and bottled at 60 percent ABV. The term single blended refers to a blend of pot and column still distillates produced at the same distillery.
This release was matured for the full twelve years in ex bourbon casks. The profile shows vanilla, toasted coconut, baked pineapple and warm oak spice, supported by a firm, structured body. The higher strength gives weight and clarity while maintaining balance. Bottled without added sugar, colouring or chill filtration, it reflects Foursquare’s transparent production style.
