The bodegas in this part of Spain - Jerez de la Frontera make some of the best Sherries in the world and as you can deduct, this rom has been aging on sherry butts (500liter) that housed Oloroso and PX. This is a first for Hampden Estate and marks a new era.
Congeners content of 1603.5 gr/hlpa of which 394 gr/hlpa are esters!
Spring water, Natural Yeasts, 100% pot stilled, Tropical aging, No sugar added.
Due to it's rarity this whisky is limited to one bottle per person.
