Hampden Estate The Younger LROK is a 4 year old rom from Jamaica. As the name says, it's a fairly young rom, but it being aged in tropical climate it already feels surprisingly mature. This is the 3 liter version that comes with a box and a glas pipette to help with pouring from the large bottle.
LROK stands for Light Rum Owen Kelly, so the ester content is roughly around 200-400 gr/hlpa. This one is measured at 370.1 gr/hlpa. The congeners are clocking in at 1697.9 gr/hlpa.
Golden in color, with mango, banana, pepper and shellak on the nose, the palate is dominated by pineapple, orange peel and cloves.
