Lochlea, Fallow Edition - First Crop, Oloroso Cask, Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky (46%, 70cl)

The third release in 2022's limited edition series. Lochlea distillery grow and harvest their own barley as well as ageing all their precious drops on site. 

This is the first release that was aged solely on Oloroso sherry casks, giving the whisky lots of warmth and fruit. Ripe red fruits and banana bread on the nose, dried fruit, leather and malt crackers on the palate. 

This is a young distillery with great promise. Do not miss!
