Cognac Pierre Ferrand 1840 (45%, 70cl)

This is House Ferrands attempt at recreating the cognacs from the 19th century that were included in all the classic cocktails. They turned up the ABV to 45%, made it with blending techniques of the times to create a rich, concentrated and highly mixable style.
