Blackstrap molasses made from El Salvadorian sugarcane sourced in Germany, blended with Danish sugar, pure water, and fast-fermented at 30 degrees Celsius for flavor.
Then, it is distilled to around 120 proof and aged in rye whisky barrels from Stauning and port (Tawny) oak barrels for 3 years.
Sugar is only added during fermentation, no sugar is added after distillation.
It's just no-frills rum handcrafted from the ground up. Solid!
