Pears are the pride of the Domfrontais. The pear trees, some of which are several centuries old, can grow to over 20 meters high. Perry pears are small fruits with a crisp acidity and subtle aromas. They bring lightness, finesse and fruit flavours to a calvados. This 100% pear calvados is the ultimate expression of Domfront calvados, combining an intense, airy and fruity nose with a taut and elegant palate.
