Coopers choice North British 1987

North British is the last remaining distillery in Edinbourgh. Est. 1885. Solely a grain whisky distillery. Only until recently did they start releasing casks to private bottlers. This one has been matured on bourbon casks for 32 years.

Cooper’s choice are private bottlers that have been selecting only the finest casks from distilleries all over Scotland.

Butterscotch and toffee on the nose, fruitcake and candied fruit on the palate, with a long woody vanilla finish.
