Drapo Bianco is a traditional sweet white vermouth produced in Turin, Piedmont. As a certified Vermouth di Torino, it utilizes a base of Italian white wine infused with a selection of premium botanicals, including several varieties of artemisia. This Bianco expression sits between the dryness of a Secco and the spice-heavy profile of a Rosso, offering a profile defined by floral sweetness and a softer, more delicate texture.
The production emphasizes a balance between the natural acidity of the wine and the sugar content, which is integrated with botanicals like chamomile and citrus.
