The Story

Paragulo means Cheeky Rascal or Two-Faced in Italian and this wine certainly contains both qualities. Great as an aperitif, or with tapas, the fantastic nose from the Zibbibo that we love hits you immediately. Full of fruit and soft acidity on the palate. We will be drinking ALOT of this this spring and summer.

Grape: Nero d’Avola, Nerello Mascalese, Frappato, Zibibbo

Region: Marsala, Sicily

ABV: 12.5%

Vinification: All red grapes undergo carbonic maceration, then are softly pressed and fermented in steel tanks. Zibbibo gets 3 days of skin contact in large barrels

Notes: Juicy red fruit. Bright and aromatic. Light, fun, easy. Perfect summertime refresher.

Contains <20mg/L sulphites added.
