Ocho Tequila Añejo Corralillos 2023 is a single estate tequila made from 100 percent blue Weber agave harvested from the Corralillos estate. After cooking and fermentation, the tequila is aged in oak to develop depth while preserving the natural agave character that defines Ocho’s style. The ageing brings warmth and roundness, adding notes of cooked agave vanilla caramel and gentle spice, while earthy and peppery agave notes remain clearly present. Balanced and expressive, it works well neat or as a refined base for spirit forward tequila cocktails.
