Palmer & Co Brut Reserve is a creamy and elegant cuvée composed of 50-55% Chardonnay, 30-35% Pinot Noir, and 10-15% Pinot Meunier from some of the best Premier and Grand Cru fields in Reims. Up to 35% are reserve wines from previous vintages, which gives a nice depth and complexity. The champagne is matured "sur lie" for three to four years and has a dosage of 8 g/L.
